LPL Financial (LPLA) said Monday that it recruited a team with about $270 million in client and retirement assets.

360 Financial of Minnetonka, Minn., moved to LPL’s RIA custodial and broker-dealer platforms from Commonwealth Financial. The group includes four advisors and is led by Mike Rogers, its founder and president.

The team’s other reps are Dan Mahoney, Jeff Thompson and Tom Whitnah, and they serve both mass-affluent and high-net-worth investors, as well as employer-sponsored retirement plans.

“We are also gratified that 360 Financial recognizes that the LPL brand, with our broad array of products and practice management support services, will enable their growing firm to attract new independent advisors to join their independent RIA advisor group,” explained Bill Morrissey, executive vice president of business development at LPL Financial, in a statement. “Our ability to assist such entities to grow and thrive is an important component of the total LPL service offering.”

SPDR DJ Wilshire Small Cap Value (ETF) seeks to replicate, as closely as possible, the performance of the Dow Jones Wilshire Small Cap Value Index (the Index). The Index represents the small-cap portion of the Dow Jones Wilshire 5000 Composite Index (the Composite Index). The Composite Index tracks all the United States common stocks regularly traded on the NYSE, the AMEX and the NASDAQ National Market.

    PostNL (PNL) sank 11 percent to 2.48 euros, the biggest decline since Jan. 14. The Amsterdam-based company said sales in the second-quarter were 1.03 billion euros ($1.37 billion), falling short of the 1.04 billion euros predicted by analysts on average. PostNL forecast addressed mail volume in 2013 will drop as much as 11 percent, greater than its previous forecast of no more than 10 percent.
